Josh and his staff at Security Locksmith are second to none. The sikeston store has been my go to when I need a key or key fob for one of our vehicles. They always get me right in when I schedule service and are so helpful. I love that all their service calls are routed through one store but they can schedule for the Cape store too or even a service call. Today I needed a new car fob as I couldn’t find our second one and our son was taking my car back to school. I called Houston and he said although they would love to see me Josh in Cape could fix me up and they had the product I needed in stock. I didn’t even schedule an appointment but when I got there Josh was ready to help. The atmosphere is nice and they have a nice waiting area. They have a lot of security products and key options. You really can’t go wrong with either store. Great knowledgeable staff with friendly helpful service

Save yourself time and money and call your local locksmith. Paid about 128% more than what your local Smith would charge. I was originally told that the truck was dispatched and would be 20 to 30 minutes and a cancelation on my part would still cost me $80.00. Took nearly 2 hours for the local locksmith who Key Me hired to unlock my car. I would never use this company again.

Nolan Orr was very professional and provided great customer service with a smile. He made my new key with expertise. It was my first time at this locksmith store and it definitely won’t be my last time going there. I highly recommend this place for all of your locksmith needs

The keys worked. I never got a receipt. It wasn’t possible to get a printed receipt with purchase. I can’t write off as expense without a receipt. Will only use as a last resort in the future. The flashing lights on the front of the machine kept me blinded with my polarized glasses. The keys did work.

This is a key duplication kiosk in Rural King. It works great for what it is, but calling it a locksmith is a reach. I made house keys here. They all worked. But you’re not going to find a human to get a personalized lockout service if that’s what you need.

Very professional and knows what he’s doing. Was able to program and cut the key for the fob on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We’ve used him for years for a variety of different locks / keys etc.

Super convenient to having a key made, assuming it is a good match. If the new key doesn’t work, you have to contact some website about getting your money back. You are much better off having a key made by the store employees further down in the store. If there is a problem with those keys, they fix it.
