It’s to bad that if you order more then one of the same key that there is not a price break before you have to pay and not after you pay. Had I known that’s how you work, I would have ordered one then get the deal on the others. Don’t know if I would use this service again

Called them to gather some information. Customer service person was short and fast. Like she didn’t have time for me. Seemed like I was bothering them when I called. I then proceed with a thank you and have a good day and personnel just hung up.Won’t be getting my recommendation or business in the future which is a shame.

Staff have always been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of their lumber and merchandise have been consistently very good. Prices are reasonable even if they are not as low as big box stores. We like to support area businesses close to our cabin whenever we can, too.
