Had them install 2 deadbolts. Said I needed better than a grade 3. I’d called USCAN in Minneapolis, was told the model # they installed was grade 3. Was told at least 3 times before they left they were a grade 2. Have a message she left me stating they are definitely grade 2. He called and said they’d install grade 2 for another $180. I’d paid them $400. They cost the same as the grade 3 they installed. I paid $55 per lock. And I have to wiggle the door to make them lock & unlock.

It’s to bad that if you order more then one of the same key that there is not a price break before you have to pay and not after you pay. Had I known that’s how you work, I would have ordered one then get the deal on the others. Don’t know if I would use this service again

I have never had keys made that were so perfect. The price was reasonable and they worked great. I will use that machine for all future keys a mn d will recommend the service to friends and family
