I wouldn’t waste time with this place get a smart mouth response about they make car keys so if it’s not opening a lock they can’t help with an ebike. Clearly they ain’t as good as advertised it this lock can be opened with a paperclip I simply wanted to get key cut since factory in China says three month turnaround on parts try local us locksmith

I called them at 4:30 in the morning on the weekend after locking my keys in my car. To make matters worse, I was parked on the st croix river ice about half a mile from the landing. I was impressed that they were willing to have someone come out and help me. Roger arrived in about 1 hour and was able to get my car open in about 1 minute.

Very grateful! Our door lock mechanism was jammed and the door unable to be opened. We had exhausted all of our own ideas, so I called right when they opened on a Monday and Will came over before his first appointment, got it open, and charged a very reasonable fee (only a fraction of what another company I emailed quoted, which seemed exorbitant). There’s nothing better than longtime neighborhood family businesses. Thank you!
