Bought a car here in Maine, even though I live out of state, since I visit here quite frequently. Owner made me a new key immediately for a great deal and was very professional and kind. My key fob with the transponder and remote buttons fell out and was lost just prior to Thanksgiving, I asked ChatGPT for the best around my location and Von Essen was top recommended and I see why. I called on Friday and Brandon was amazing! Given a family emergency, we were still able to work out a time for him to drive an hour to get me rolling again! On top of that, it snowed while he was on his way! He replaced my keyfob remote, and made a second key on the spot. The prices were so reasonable, and definitely cheaper than a dealership. 10/10
