Fantastic service! Very friendly and prompt. Got a new remote key for 2017 Nissan and it was done within 20 minutes programmed and ready to go. The remote was not available but it was ordered and received very fast. Definitely recommend good business great customer service!

A review from a customer named Dmitri Laque Gleich was made about a staff member. I was also shopping in the store at the time Dmitri was there. I was with in ear shot and saw Dmitri. He came in and asked for ice melt. The staff member in question told him “the ice melt is right behind you and there are bigger bags of it to your right”.

Dmitri and Bill did not have any more interactions. Bill did turn and continue a conversation with his Co worker.

Dmitri made a Facebook post on a local spoof complaint group page. Where he accused Bill of slandering “Mexicans ” /”Hispanics”. Only Bill did not actually make any comments about Latinos. Dmitri’s post was taken down from the page for being inappropriate.

Dmitri then doubled down and made a Google review. Where he changes his complaint from “Mexicans” to “people of color”. This time naming Bill directly.

As I have stated I was there. I saw everything. I heard everything. Bill didn’t slander Latinos or people of color. Dmitri is lying or if I give him the benefit of the doubt he heard extremely incorrectly. Either way his claims do not resemble the truth. As a result I am contact Bill and offering to introduce him to my lawyer so he can sue for slander. I’m also going to go to the owners and encourage them to report the false review and to consider sueing for slander and liable.

If Dmitri is wise he will remove his Google review. In the mean time for anyone reading the reviews please note Dimitri’s review is not at all honest or accurate. Thank you
