Having just moved by myself to a new city and only a keypad lock in my new home, I just did not feel comfortable not having a key to go with it.
I emailed Parslow Lock and Safe and they came the same day and put me at ease. I was not only impressed by the efficiency, but the warmth and humour of the father daughter team who came to help. Thank you for not only making me feel safe in my home, but welcome in my new city!

Had them install 2 deadbolts. Said I needed better than a grade 3. I’d called USCAN in Minneapolis, was told the model # they installed was grade 3. Was told at least 3 times before they left they were a grade 2. Have a message she left me stating they are definitely grade 2. He called and said they’d install grade 2 for another $180. I’d paid them $400. They cost the same as the grade 3 they installed. I paid $55 per lock. And I have to wiggle the door to make them lock & unlock.

Excellent service. Got a spare car key programmed and keyed in. They found the same tuckaway style fob, ordered it for me, and charged me no more than I could find it for online myself. Got the new key and got it programmed for 200 less than notoriously difficult dealership price in only 15 minutes of work. Very honest, good work. They were only available for in shop work at 8 and 8:15 on weekdays as they are out the rest of the day on jobs.

Very excellent service drove all the way to my car after a shop couldn’t figure out the problem with my car. They helped me find the part for it and order me two new sets of keys and when I got the part put in my car they came a hour and a half away from there shop and programed the two new sets of keys for me and even cut them to. Very reasonable on price. I am very happy with there service I would highly recommend them.

I’m not from the St cloud area and I was traveling through town and I accidentally broke my key off and my ignition. I called these guys and within an hour they were out to my car fixing my key problem. Highly recommended. Awesome work. Definitely affordable.
