I got new keys made for my front door lock and it was a buy two get one free deal. Really cool, easy, and greatly priced.

The machine is even capable of making a new spare key for my vehicle. I haven’t done it yet but definitely will be doing so!

I’ve not seen a machine that does the whole process. It was fast and accurate, all the keys worked! Nice going key maker kiosk.

We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade the exterior door locks to Medeco locks. Joe came out and we came up with a game plan. The locks we wanted had to be custom made by the manufacturer, and it look a number of weeks for that to happen. Joe kept us informed every couple of weeks so we were aware of the approximate delivery date.
This week Joe was able to remove the existing locks and install all 4 of our new deadbolts. He even took time and care to adjust several doors and the deadbolt areas to ensure the door would close and lock properly.
Joe is the best! It’s hard to find caring, professional, knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Russell Security, and will continue to use them for all of our security needs.

We needed a lock replacement/install on an exterior door for a business. From start to finish, Reliable Locksmith was absolutely wonderful. Rebecca worked so hard to get us the lock we needed overnight so that it could be installed next day; she kept me updated throughout the whole process. Mike and his dad came to do the install next day. Mike was communicative and precise. We had a pretty rough base for him to work with – he was patient, explained exactly what was needed to complete the install, and worked with us to the very end with getting it programmed and showing us how it works.

I would give 10/10 stars if it were possible – would highly recommend and will use them again for future needs.
