Excellent service from start to finish! I needed a replacement key fob, and they had me back in the car quickly! They explained everything clearly, programmed the new fob quickly, and tested it to make sure it worked perfectly. The price was reasonable, and the service was friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable locksmith.

I was needing two replacement car keys cut, and was very pleased to find Quick Keys.

Not only did Josh cut the keys perfectly, and quickly, there was no pressure to let them do the programming after I mentioned that I was able to do it myself.

I feel I must provide some history to be fair about this review… I initially contacted another mobile locksmith to help me as I lost my keys and needed assistance desperately. They required a keycode for my vehicle to assist in creating a key, but did not create a key saying the code was incorrect. I contacted North Country and Mike took down my vehicle information and promptly came out and created a key with the same key code. All of this was done onsite and quickly! I was amazed at how prepared and skilled Mike was, he has all the tools and parts needed with him. He promptly created the keys (programming included) for my vehicle and had me on my way. I would recommend North Country and Mike, he is an expert and gets the job done. Period!

I was going to do five stars. The machine is easy to use clean and explain to your choices, but unfortunately when I got the key home and tried it in the door, it did not work. I did try to do a return online. Unfortunately, the website is not as people friendly as the key machine itself so I say that was a waste of my money and I still need a key.
