The service and friendliness of Royce was 5 stars but the price was unreasonable. I asked for a quote ahead of time and they said they’d have to see it first. It didn’t make sense but I was tired and wanted to get it done so I could take a family member to the hospital in the morning. It wasn’t after hours. Not a holiday. Not urgent. It was just a locked door. It took 5 minutes. $180!!!! If they just would have given me an estimate on the phone I would have saved them the trip and called around more. Shame on me. That won’t happen again. And not giving someone an estimate is just bad business.

We had an issue with a lost key, and they sent Avi out. He was on time, friendly, courteous, ethical, and professional. And, most important, he got the lock OPEN! I’d call Tick Tock again. In a heartbeat!
