I wouldn’t waste time with this place get a smart mouth response about they make car keys so if it’s not opening a lock they can’t help with an ebike. Clearly they ain’t as good as advertised it this lock can be opened with a paperclip I simply wanted to get key cut since factory in China says three month turnaround on parts try local us locksmith

Had them install 2 deadbolts. Said I needed better than a grade 3. I’d called USCAN in Minneapolis, was told the model # they installed was grade 3. Was told at least 3 times before they left they were a grade 2. Have a message she left me stating they are definitely grade 2. He called and said they’d install grade 2 for another $180. I’d paid them $400. They cost the same as the grade 3 they installed. I paid $55 per lock. And I have to wiggle the door to make them lock & unlock.

Today its been one thing after another,and even after closing some money,and waking up late and when I didn’t think things were not gonna work out locksmith Shane seemed like a superhero at the time he stayed patient and understanding us having a few laughs really toned my anxiety down to where I could focus enough and Shane was cool 😎 all the way around..hands down I’ll be calling and requesting Shane again but hopefully not for a locksmith any time soon lol but definitely should asked if he wanted to have a beer and game of pool sometime… thank you Shane for your awesome service today
