Very excellent service drove all the way to my car after a shop couldn’t figure out the problem with my car. They helped me find the part for it and order me two new sets of keys and when I got the part put in my car they came a hour and a half away from there shop and programed the two new sets of keys for me and even cut them to. Very reasonable on price. I am very happy with there service I would highly recommend them.

Awful!! Use anyone else. Made an appt for 8 am because lock to my house was broken. No one shows up for appt. Waited outside in the cold in January for 45 minutes while no one answered their phone. Finally someone answers and says he’ll follow up and call right back right away, which he doesn’t. Call again and then he tells me it will be an hour. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

Shane was fast and very helpful. Was locked out in 2 degree weather and he got to me fast and opened up my vehicle in less than 15 minutes! Happy customer 👍

So nice and so helpful not to mention how reasonably priced it was, I had to give the guy a tip. I bought a nice used door for my garage and wanted to keep the original hardware so I brought him the lock and he re-keyed it while I waited.

I called them and they took my info and said a lock smith would be in contact with me. The lock smith called me within a few minutes. He confirmed my address and said he would be there in 20/25 minutes. It had been about 30 minutes called him and asked if he was still coming. He said yes and that he had to stop for gas. I said okay. Another half hour passes and he’s still not there. I text him letting him know to forget it and I’ll call someone else. He text back saying he’s 6 minutes away. I had to leave so I left. Another 10 minutes passed and he than called me saying he was there and that I needed to calm down. I told him to leave because I was no longer there.

Very unprofessional would not recommend.

I have used this service multiple times at several different locations and it’s always been great, aside from a few times when the kiosk was out of the particular key I needed (which is not a problem, I just came back another time). The keys always work perfectly and it is a very quick process. Highly recommended.
