Reasonably priced, conscientious.
When we moved into our townhouse, there were three outside doors that each had a unique latching problem. Ed was able to solve the problems in a very economical way by selecting and installing new strike-plates in a way that worked for each door. I appreciated his attention to detail and his reasonable price.

Tremendous! These guys were a real lifesaver. I had just stepped outside in a light jacket to grab something during one of the coldest days of January. Of course this is the time my garage door decided not to work (probably a dead battery due to the cold) and all the other doors to my house were locked. I was trapped outside and couldn’t even get into my car. I went down the list, calling locksmiths, but none were available within a couple hours. Except for North country locksmith!!

They answered the phone promptly and they were at my house within 20 minutes. Coincidentally just as they pulled up, my garage door decided to cooperate again and work (after countless previous tries). I offered to pay them for coming out and their emergency response call and he repeatedly declined my offer to pay. “It’s a nice day for a drive.” Super nice guy. Would’ve been a lifesaver cause I was getting really cold. I know exactly who I will use for any locksmith needs!! ❤️❤️

I tried to make a copy of my key card so I wouldn’t need to carry my badge to get into the gym. Even though the key me locksmith station told me it worked, it did not. It is not recognized and has no information encoded on the device. It was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Kj was polite, professional, patient, hardworking, and a truly skilled craftsman, exceeding all expectations, he did what no other locksmith in ROC could do. He gave me a quick, concise rundown of the problem, how he proposed to to fix it, with costs attached upfront for all solutions, and patiently explained what he was doing every step of the way. 10/10 would and will hire again

It’s very convenient and fast to get your keys copied in this machine. I usually try to get my keys copied back in the automotive section of Walmart because it’s a little cheaper. For convenience though you cannot beat minute key!

This place appears to be closed. The walk in area is closed, there is a sign saying they will no longer take walk-in work. That’s whatever, but no one answers the phones either, which is frustrating since they still have a door handle of mine that they are supposed to be re-keying. If you are closing part of your business you need to close all open tickets, otherwise that is theft of property.

Purchased 2 electronic locks for commercial doors for customers. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was similar to standard lock sets. Programming was pretty easy. Note:If you choose to add gateways to control locks off site know there is a small monthly or yearly subscription to access all features.
Overall very satisfied I will be back for future customers. I will add photos later.
