Mike was my installer and was very friendly, personable and professional.. He knew exactly what he was doing. Explained everything completely on how to use my lock. and told me if I ever had any questions I could give him a call and he would help me through things. I am legally blind, but can see most things so he really was thorough in walking me through the end how to access my lock.… Showing me how to use my fingerprint will let me access my home so much easier”. I am not able to see to put a key in my lock, so the fingerprint will be a godsend for me Thanks Mike for all your help!!!

Floyd Total Security is the most AWESOME company I have worked with in years! From Chat Support, Phone conversations, Emails and on site Locksmith Support, they were very nice and courteous. I had an AMSEC gun safe that I gained possession of due to a death in the family, but no combination to go with it. Getting into it was important because of the potential of items in it needed to settle the estate. They made their schedule fit mine. Locksmith Frank X came to my rescue. He was of a great personality, very courteous, very knowledgeable of his profession, and explained what he was doing as he went along. My location was a little over an hour away from their shop and that made no difference to them. Locksmith Frank called me to let me know he was on his way. I have never needed locksmith services in the past and I can guarantee you that if I ever need a locksmith again, Floyd Total Security will be the only phone call I will be making and I will be asking for Frank X.

Brian came over and did wonders with our 125 year old side door that had a lot of changes done to it over the years, was really tight to close, and had a key deadbolt on both the inside and outside of the door for some reason which is not up to code. He was able to get our door to close easier without having to shove it closed and made a door plate around the keypad that he installed to look more elegant. He also changed out the double-sided key deadbolt for one that had a thumb turn on the inside and it looks great! I could tell that he strives for perfection and was very knowledgeable educating me on everything related to the locks. John at the shop was very kind and helped answer so many of the lock issues/questions I had. I had extra keys made here that haven’t snapped in half or have trouble turning like the 3 other hardware stores I’ve tried. This is definitely where I would continue going if I had lock issues or repairs needed!

Key did not work. It looks like the teeth were all ground too shallow. Pretty disappointing. Might have better luck with minute key or a machine that physically follows the original rather than the scans like this machine does it.

I called in to inquire about service, and was met with extremely warm and welcoming energy. Sarah was tremendously helpful with answering my questions and guided me down the right path. We shared many laughs and I was surprised and delighted that her energy was so upbeat 10 minutes before close. I originally was worried about calling so close to 5pm, but I had a last minute issue that I needed to inquire about today. As a business owner, customer service is extremely important to me, and I tend to have a good eye/ear for it. I can without a doubt say that Sarah loves her job and most importantly loves serving customers. Kudos to her and Assured Security for assuring I received world class customer service!

Extremely disappointed with the service provided. After paying $4 for a key copy, I received one that doesn’t work at all. This experience has been frustrating, and I cannot recommend this service to others.
