They provided excellent costumer service! They were flexible with my schedule and drove out to my place. I had a two new keys made and programmed and a door lock code in less than a half hour. I left work for the day in Minnesota winter weather only to find my car keys sitting on the driver’s seat in the locked car. I expected to wait forever before getting access. I called for service half an hour before they were closed. I was surprised that they were willing to help so close to closing. They were there within 30 minutes. It cost half of what I had expected. There was no damage to the car. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely call if needed again in the future.

We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade the exterior door locks to Medeco locks. Joe came out and we came up with a game plan. The locks we wanted had to be custom made by the manufacturer, and it look a number of weeks for that to happen. Joe kept us informed every couple of weeks so we were aware of the approximate delivery date.
This week Joe was able to remove the existing locks and install all 4 of our new deadbolts. He even took time and care to adjust several doors and the deadbolt areas to ensure the door would close and lock properly.
Joe is the best! It’s hard to find caring, professional, knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Russell Security, and will continue to use them for all of our security needs.
