It’s hard to find spectacular customer service post COVID but A-1 still does it the right way. I got a call back right away despite being Christmas Eve, and although they didn’t have any techs in the area he was gracious to walk me through some options. What’s more is that he followed up later to make sure everything was alright. I will definitely recommend A-1 to anyone who needs their services.

I got new keys made for my front door lock and it was a buy two get one free deal. Really cool, easy, and greatly priced.

The machine is even capable of making a new spare key for my vehicle. I haven’t done it yet but definitely will be doing so!

Wow was not expecting to pay $10 for a key?? It’s just a key not the whole lock?? I think it worked okay it was a little rough but it did open the lock. I don’t think I’ll be using your services any longer because I don’t want to pay $10 a key when I can get them for two or less. Anyway you sent me a bunch of messages and one of the reviews so here you go? Doubt it’s going to be very helpful but at least it’s honest?
