Mike was our locksmith and he went above and beyond in every aspect! He explained the different grade and qualities of locks, walked through with us and provided excellent and cost efficient ideas for what we wanted. Once he was finished, not only were the locks & knobs expertly installed but all the doors open, shut, and locked like they were brand new. He also showed our boy the fancy key cutting and engraving machine and he was mesmerized! Would give 6 stars if I could.

Excellent service from start to finish! I needed a replacement key fob, and they had me back in the car quickly! They explained everything clearly, programmed the new fob quickly, and tested it to make sure it worked perfectly. The price was reasonable, and the service was friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable locksmith.

I was needing two replacement car keys cut, and was very pleased to find Quick Keys.

Not only did Josh cut the keys perfectly, and quickly, there was no pressure to let them do the programming after I mentioned that I was able to do it myself.

Nate was so great to work with. He explained all my options and what fixes we could/couldn’t do. He was so friendly and knowledgable and even adjusted some of our deadbolts so they were smoother and easier to use. 10/10 service!

I don’t know who the hiring manager is, but they absolutely nailed it. Every single time I come into Gopher Ace Hardware, I’m usually there because my husband sent me, and I have no idea what I’m looking for! Without fail, someone is always kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help me find exactly what I need. They never make me feel like my questions are a bother.
The customer service here is consistently outstanding. Even the employees at the checkout are always friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. The store is clean, well organized, and it’s obvious the staff takes pride in what they do.
