This was an amazing experience, everything from the initial phone call to the service was excellent. They got my Honda back and running after being out in the cold for so long made me a key copy, I even got them to copy some of my house keys and the whole experience was amazing. Tried calling for a quote. Multiple phone calls. The guy who answered the phone just took my information – guy was pleasant enough but short. Then a local tech called who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him I needed to get back to him to schedule. 15 min later, I get a call from a woman telling me to book an appointment and accept the verbal quote. Would not take no and got VERY rude with me. I took my business elsewhere with a legit local company. Would not recommend, place seems sketchy.

I called them at 4:30 in the morning on the weekend after locking my keys in my car. To make matters worse, I was parked on the st croix river ice about half a mile from the landing. I was impressed that they were willing to have someone come out and help me. Roger arrived in about 1 hour and was able to get my car open in about 1 minute.

Stopped in for a mail box key the young woman had me out the door in about 2 minutes, and the key worked perfectly. Very friendly staff and great price. I’ve tried Menards self service kiosk in the past and would never do it again. The key didn’t work and it cost more.

I always use this key cutting kiosk! I’ve purchased 7 keys and I’ve never had any issues with them. It’s quick, convenient, and offers other options besides keys.
I’ve always used the kiosk at the Menards in Buffalo, Minnesota.

High prices for poor performing key copy’s. Keys need to be fumbled around to actuate locks. Do yourself a favor and go to a hardware store and get it done.

Absolutely exceeded my already high expectations- this place was highly recommended to me and I understand why.
It was so easy, quick and 1/2 the price I was quoted elsewhere for the same thing.
I will now always recommend this place to anyone looking for locksmith help.

Services received:
So my car fob case (shell) split open and the key blade separated from it completely. To start my car I was using pliers to hold the key blade and would use it to pull out of my ignition (nearly getting stuck in it)

So they cut a new key blade and replaced the whole case (shell) to create a new fob/key,
And then they also cut me a spare key, just a metal key without fob. So I have that for emergency.

For what I needed & for my specific car & fob type, I paid just 89$ total.
I was in & out in 5 minutes!

For reference, I was quoted 240$ for a whole new key fob (no other options were offered)
And it would have taken up to 2 weeks to receive the replacement.

Very excellent service drove all the way to my car after a shop couldn’t figure out the problem with my car. They helped me find the part for it and order me two new sets of keys and when I got the part put in my car they came a hour and a half away from there shop and programed the two new sets of keys for me and even cut them to. Very reasonable on price. I am very happy with there service I would highly recommend them.

Automatic key duplication machine only. No human service and is located inside Home Depot. It couldn’t duplicate one of the keys I needed. The ones that it was able to duplicate worked ok but sticky a little bit.
