Had already been waiting for a different locksmith for over an hour, just to have them cancel on me. They came out within 30 minutes to help me with my lock on my truck and explained what the problem could be! The guy was very kind and helpful! Thank you so much!

Problem Solved. It was an easy refund process. I will use the kiosk again. I hope they work this time.
My keys didn’t work and now i don’t know what i do to fix the problem. But I’ll figure it out. Disappointed. The process was very easy to make the keys. The price alright. But they don’t work, so now what? I did not get a receipt. The receipt and order number were sent to my phone along with the option to solve the problem.

Today its been one thing after another,and even after closing some money,and waking up late and when I didn’t think things were not gonna work out locksmith Shane seemed like a superhero at the time he stayed patient and understanding us having a few laughs really toned my anxiety down to where I could focus enough and Shane was cool 😎 all the way around..hands down I’ll be calling and requesting Shane again but hopefully not for a locksmith any time soon lol but definitely should asked if he wanted to have a beer and game of pool sometime… thank you Shane for your awesome service today

I needed a key made and saw this little machine at Walmart. It was very easy to use and it has step by step instructions. It was a little pricey but it saved time. I couldn’t see anything where you can put in the made key to smooth out the edges
