Excellent service from start to finish! I needed a replacement key fob, and they had me back in the car quickly! They explained everything clearly, programmed the new fob quickly, and tested it to make sure it worked perfectly. The price was reasonable, and the service was friendly and professional. Excellent service. Got a spare car key programmed and keyed in. They found the same tuckaway style fob, ordered it for me, and charged me no more than I could find it for online myself. Got the new key and got it programmed for 200 less than notoriously difficult dealership price in only 15 minutes of work. Very honest, good work. They were only available for in shop work at 8 and 8:15 on weekdays as they are out the rest of the day on jobs.

It’s hard to find spectacular customer service post COVID but A-1 still does it the right way. I got a call back right away despite being Christmas Eve, and although they didn’t have any techs in the area he was gracious to walk me through some options. What’s more is that he followed up later to make sure everything was alright. I will definitely recommend A-1 to anyone who needs their services.

Today its been one thing after another,and even after closing some money,and waking up late and when I didn’t think things were not gonna work out locksmith Shane seemed like a superhero at the time he stayed patient and understanding us having a few laughs really toned my anxiety down to where I could focus enough and Shane was cool 😎 all the way around..hands down I’ll be calling and requesting Shane again but hopefully not for a locksmith any time soon lol but definitely should asked if he wanted to have a beer and game of pool sometime… thank you Shane for your awesome service today
