I agree with Trevor’s review. They are not located where the address says they are. When I called and explained my situation, I needed a door alignment, they asked if I needed a new lock and said no and I explained the situation again. I could hear them physically hang up the phone without saying anything.

I called back to see why he hung up on me, he asked what I needed so I explained it to him again and he responded, do you need a new lock? I explained my situation for a fourth time to no response so I asked is this something you can do? He said no and hung up.

It sounds like they are a call center and are just trying to get easy jobs to pawn off to someone local.

The key I had copied didn’t work on my lock. At least I’m only out $5, but I don’t know if I’d recommend others to use something that didn’t work for me.

Easy to use. Kiosk was at Walmart, very convenient! Very affordable.
