We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade the exterior door locks to Medeco locks. Joe came out and we came up with a game plan. The locks we wanted had to be custom made by the manufacturer, and it look a number of weeks for that to happen. Joe kept us informed every couple of weeks so we were aware of the approximate delivery date.
This week Joe was able to remove the existing locks and install all 4 of our new deadbolts. He even took time and care to adjust several doors and the deadbolt areas to ensure the door would close and lock properly.
Joe is the best! It’s hard to find caring, professional, knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Russell Security, and will continue to use them for all of our security needs.

I’ve not seen a machine that does the whole process. It was fast and accurate, all the keys worked! Nice going key maker kiosk.

They provided excellent costumer service! They were flexible with my schedule and drove out to my place. I had a two new keys made and programmed and a door lock code in less than a half hour. This place was recommended to me by several local businesses and I would also recommend it to anyone in need of these kinds of services.

Excellent service from start to finish! I needed a replacement key fob, and they had me back in the car quickly! They explained everything clearly, programmed the new fob quickly, and tested it to make sure it worked perfectly. The price was reasonable, and the service was friendly and professional. Mike was our locksmith and he went above and beyond in every aspect! He explained the different grade and qualities of locks, walked through with us and provided excellent and cost efficient ideas for what we wanted. Once he was finished, not only were the locks & knobs expertly installed but all the doors open, shut, and locked like they were brand new. He also showed our boy the fancy key cutting and engraving machine and he was mesmerized! Would give 6 stars if I could.
