Had them install 2 deadbolts. Said I needed better than a grade 3. I’d called USCAN in Minneapolis, was told the model # they installed was grade 3. Was told at least 3 times before they left they were a grade 2. Have a message she left me stating they are definitely grade 2. He called and said they’d install grade 2 for another $180. I’d paid them $400. They cost the same as the grade 3 they installed. I paid $55 per lock. And I have to wiggle the door to make them lock & unlock.

This is not a store I would go to. They are not a connected to any battery’s plus and can not look up any warranty. They wi charge for install – and will not work with you on that. I was shocked when was told there would be an install charge. Do not go here go to any other.
