The key fob for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator fell out of a pocket and into the snow in the woods, and with 8 of us looking, it wasn’t to be found. Being three hours from home we weren’t sure what to do, the one local dealership was closed (Saturday). Luckily the truck was still running so we were able to drive to his locksmith place and he set us up with a new key fob and saved our weekend! Very thankful for his quick and friendly service! Definitely recommend!

Unprofessional. I placed an order for a key fob in store, the employee told me it’ll arrive in around one week.
I gave it a month before I checked the status of the order, and they never even wrote my name down. Not only that, but the employee on the phone was rude and didn’t help at all.

Quick process, easy to use machine, accesible in a grocery store. But extremely overpriced— all I got was a plain brass key for ~$13 (don’t even have silver). The edges were rough, to smooth them out was an additional ~$2-3 I believe. Not to mention the majority of the graphics they had were sports teams which were probably much more in price considering.

Used the self service kiosk machine at supermarket. It was really easy and worked really well. Key fits great!

I was charged $21 for Two keys that was 8.99. I felt that that was a bit much, but I really needed the keys. I remember when house keys used to be three dollars.

I didn’t have time to run to Home Depot for a new house key when my mom was set to babysit the next day, so I ran down to the 7-11 nearby and made a key using this automated system. While it is more expensive than HD, it was super easy, relatively fast, and definitely had the convenience factor. I also appreciate that they have keys with designs on them in the kiosk! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again the next time my mom misplaces my house key 😄

Excellent service. Got a spare car key programmed and keyed in. They found the same tuckaway style fob, ordered it for me, and charged me no more than I could find it for online myself. Got the new key and got it programmed for 200 less than notoriously difficult dealership price in only 15 minutes of work. Very honest, good work. They were only available for in shop work at 8 and 8:15 on weekdays as they are out the rest of the day on jobs.
