Highly recommend Charlie and Josh got me right, good communication and very fast and fairly cheap given mine and there circumstances. They also set me up nice so I won’t be in that situation again. If I was in the same predicament I would go back. Very professional and experienced too.

What a great experience. Very responsive when I needed to setup the appointment, and when I needed to confirm it a few days later. When I showed up at my new house to have him change the locks, he was there 5 minutes early, ready to go. Mike knew what to do, was very efficient, and answered all my questions. I had a bunch of locks changed, and a bunch of extra keys made. He tested every key, in every lock, to make sure they all worked. He came highly recommended from my agent, and now I’ll be highly recommending him to anyone who asks.

Bradley Security is professional, timely and thoughtful from start to finish. We did a full remodel and Nick was extremely helpful with the layout of every switch and outlet. He stepped through scenarios for now and the future as far as features we might want to have. Bradley helped us create our dream kitchen. They show up when they say they will and get the job done. Went in yesterday to get a spare key for my house and chose the option for smoother entry of key which i think was an extra 2$? which caused the key to loose two sharp corners. Went in again but didn’t pay the extra 2$ thinking that was my problem, it looked like the same key when i double checked with my current house key at the store. When I got home and tried the key it wouldn’t turn properly, it’d make it half way and get stuck, i tried many times thinking it needed to be worn down but did not help. Would not recommend getting a key from these machines.

Some crackheads got into my car and stole the key. (I had to leave it in the cylinder because the key was worn, otherwise I’d have to fight it to start everytime.)

Anyway, I missed my doctor appointment that day, but the next day, Luke was able to cut me a new key, that worked better than the original. I could tell he was a genius Lock Smith definitely knew what he was doing. So thank you!
