They told me they could program a new key for my car even though I had no working key. I specifically told them they need a specific software for Toyota security systems but they said they could do it. Anyway a $150 tow and I’m told they aren’t able to program it. So $150 turned into $300 to get it home which will turn into $450 when I get it towed somewhere that can actually help me. Go to Mr. Speedy Locksmith of Rochester! He’s way nicer than these guys and he’s actually good at what he does. Save yourself from a headache and go straight to the right man!

Excellent service. Got a spare car key programmed and keyed in. They found the same tuckaway style fob, ordered it for me, and charged me no more than I could find it for online myself. Got the new key and got it programmed for 200 less than notoriously difficult dealership price in only 15 minutes of work. Very honest, good work. They were only available for in shop work at 8 and 8:15 on weekdays as they are out the rest of the day on jobs.

Machine worked well, but I never received my receipt by email and this was a business expense. Being able to print a receipt would be helpful.

We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade the exterior door locks to Medeco locks. Joe came out and we came up with a game plan. The locks we wanted had to be custom made by the manufacturer, and it look a number of weeks for that to happen. Joe kept us informed every couple of weeks so we were aware of the approximate delivery date.
This week Joe was able to remove the existing locks and install all 4 of our new deadbolts. He even took time and care to adjust several doors and the deadbolt areas to ensure the door would close and lock properly.
Joe is the best! It’s hard to find caring, professional, knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Russell Security, and will continue to use them for all of our security needs.
