Called the number listed on Google. It was a Bemidji number, but the guy who answered gave me the phone number for the guy in Park Rapids since we were in Wadena heading towards Park Rapids. Very helpful. Called the number for Park Rapids and he answered the phone really quick. Got to the shop and he was very helpful and got our camper unlocked and made extra keys for us. We highly recommend Ken! Give him a tip as well!

Today its been one thing after another,and even after closing some money,and waking up late and when I didn’t think things were not gonna work out locksmith Shane seemed like a superhero at the time he stayed patient and understanding us having a few laughs really toned my anxiety down to where I could focus enough and Shane was cool 😎 all the way around..hands down I’ll be calling and requesting Shane again but hopefully not for a locksmith any time soon lol but definitely should asked if he wanted to have a beer and game of pool sometime… thank you Shane for your awesome service today

I got new keys made for my front door lock and it was a buy two get one free deal. Really cool, easy, and greatly priced.

The machine is even capable of making a new spare key for my vehicle. I haven’t done it yet but definitely will be doing so!

Great customer service. Had some issues with a key for my truck that the dealer cut. I brought it here, they fixed it and it works better than the original key. I’ve had them cut me keys for other cars as well, and they have always done a very good job. Can’t recommend them enough.

Super nice, very thorough. I had two deadbolts that were giving me a hard time, and a door that wouldn’t latch. He fixed all three and made sure I was happy with the results. It was much cheaper than I expected too, which is always great!

I was going to do five stars. The machine is easy to use clean and explain to your choices, but unfortunately when I got the key home and tried it in the door, it did not work. I did try to do a return online. Unfortunately, the website is not as people friendly as the key machine itself so I say that was a waste of my money and I still need a key.
