Highly recommend Charlie and Josh got me right, good communication and very fast and fairly cheap given mine and there circumstances. They also set me up nice so I won’t be in that situation again. If I was in the same predicament I would go back. Very professional and experienced too.

Super nice, very thorough. I had two deadbolts that were giving me a hard time, and a door that wouldn’t latch. He fixed all three and made sure I was happy with the results. It was much cheaper than I expected too, which is always great!

Excellent service. Got a spare car key programmed and keyed in. They found the same tuckaway style fob, ordered it for me, and charged me no more than I could find it for online myself. Got the new key and got it programmed for 200 less than notoriously difficult dealership price in only 15 minutes of work. Very honest, good work. They were only available for in shop work at 8 and 8:15 on weekdays as they are out the rest of the day on jobs.

Went in yesterday to get a spare key for my house and chose the option for smoother entry of key which i think was an extra 2$? which caused the key to loose two sharp corners. Went in again but didn’t pay the extra 2$ thinking that was my problem, it looked like the same key when i double checked with my current house key at the store. When I got home and tried the key it wouldn’t turn properly, it’d make it half way and get stuck, i tried many times thinking it needed to be worn down but did not help. Would not recommend getting a key from these machines.

We needed a new car key fob and another one repaired. We had to drive quite a ways. Mr. Moseng helped us out and we now have two fobs! We would highly recommend this company!
