Extremely slow process! Made 4 keys…only 3 worked! Made a different key of 3 and all of these work! How do I get refunded for the one non-working key?

Had them install 2 deadbolts. Said I needed better than a grade 3. I’d called USCAN in Minneapolis, was told the model # they installed was grade 3. Was told at least 3 times before they left they were a grade 2. Have a message she left me stating they are definitely grade 2. He called and said they’d install grade 2 for another $180. I’d paid them $400. They cost the same as the grade 3 they installed. I paid $55 per lock. And I have to wiggle the door to make them lock & unlock.

Was very impressed with how quick I could get a key made for my home. Was only $6 per key and I even got my 3rd key free so definitely worth the price and time to get one if you need it. Will see if I can get duplicate classic car keys made as well when I get that far into my project.
