I found the kiosk, I plugged my key in, it was scanned, I paid the fee, in less than a week a duplicate arrived in my mailbox. Oh how I wish other companies would learn lessons from KeyMe.

Highly recommend Charlie and Josh got me right, good communication and very fast and fairly cheap given mine and there circumstances. They also set me up nice so I won’t be in that situation again. If I was in the same predicament I would go back. Very professional and experienced too.

My key fob with the transponder and remote buttons fell out and was lost just prior to Thanksgiving, I asked ChatGPT for the best around my location and Von Essen was top recommended and I see why. I called on Friday and Brandon was amazing! Given a family emergency, we were still able to work out a time for him to drive an hour to get me rolling again! On top of that, it snowed while he was on his way! He replaced my keyfob remote, and made a second key on the spot. The prices were so reasonable, and definitely cheaper than a dealership. 10/10

The key works fine. I was disappointed that there was no printed receipt. The biting is sharp, and so I don’t expect the key to have a long life expectancy.

my other half lost his key to his ignition, we have no spare key for it. We called and Quintin answered and put us at ease telling us how we can make a new one. We went there and with under a hour we have a new key and a spare! thank you:)
