Very excellent service drove all the way to my car after a shop couldn’t figure out the problem with my car. They helped me find the part for it and order me two new sets of keys and when I got the part put in my car they came a hour and a half away from there shop and programed the two new sets of keys for me and even cut them to. Very reasonable on price. I am very happy with there service I would highly recommend them.

Super nice, very thorough. I had two deadbolts that were giving me a hard time, and a door that wouldn’t latch. He fixed all three and made sure I was happy with the results. It was much cheaper than I expected too, which is always great!

I’ve gone to this store for 15 years or more. The staff has always been friendly. Especially the younger kids. Twice now, I have had to deal with this ONE rude employee. This person is extremely rude, condescending, abrasive and opinionated. Often swearing and bad mouthing customers. He has the attitude like customers are a bother to him. Even when I said I didn’t want help, he stood there as I picked out my products. Making rude comments and generally just being a jerk to me. He should not be working with customers with this attitude. Another time, he stood there and told me his life story about how he was divorced, living with his parents, etc. I will not go back just because of this ONE employee. I will drive to Menards or Lowes instead. It’s a shame because this store was convenient before this ONE employee started working here.

Bought a car here in Maine, even though I live out of state, since I visit here quite frequently. Owner made me a new key immediately for a great deal and was very professional and kind. I’ve had to use a locksmith in the past where I’m from, and they weren’t half as knowledgeable as he was. Leave a message or text when you need him because he’s clearly in high demand!
