Amazing shop

I went to this key shop and honestly, their work is top-tier. They cut my key fast, clean, and with perfect precision. The copy worked on the first try no wiggling, no forcing, no praying to the lock gods.

Best Locksmith in Dalton – And Most Affordable!!
I had to replace a keyfob for my wife’s vehicle. Charles at A-1 Lock & Security quoted me over $100 less than the lowest I had previously found in a 50 mile radius. He guaranteed that he could program the fob to my vehicle and did an excellent job!
I am NEVER going to another locksmith!

Excellent service. Got a spare car key programmed and keyed in. They found the same tuckaway style fob, ordered it for me, and charged me no more than I could find it for online myself. Got the new key and got it programmed for 200 less than notoriously difficult dealership price in only 15 minutes of work. Very honest, good work. They were only available for in shop work at 8 and 8:15 on weekdays as they are out the rest of the day on jobs.

Well the keys got locked in the car about 9 pm. Called them and half an hour later they called. To say they’re looking for someone. Then another half hour later I got a call and said they are not coming out. I have two children and there is a severe weather alert with a tornado watch…they did text me to say because of the severe weather they can’t come out…glad they are safe…

My key fob with the transponder and remote buttons fell out and was lost just prior to Thanksgiving, I asked ChatGPT for the best around my location and Von Essen was top recommended and I see why. I called on Friday and Brandon was amazing! Given a family emergency, we were still able to work out a time for him to drive an hour to get me rolling again! On top of that, it snowed while he was on his way! He replaced my keyfob remote, and made a second key on the spot. The prices were so reasonable, and definitely cheaper than a dealership. 10/10

I called them when I was locked out of my car last night. They said they’d send someone but gave me no time frame or price. They said the locksmith would call me back soon. I waited for about an hour before calling someone else. They still never called me back. I could have been stranded for who knows how long if I had trusted them. Don’t call them. Call Lock Breakers instead.
