One set of keys did not work and the company refunded my money same day.
I went to a different location to make keys and those worked perfectly. How wonderful it is to be able to get a spare key so quickly.

It’s new to me and I thought it wasn’t too bad! My only complaint was that it should be simpler! You’re making it a bit too difficult to navigate through it! It should be just 1 or 2 or 3, etc keys instead of punching in a bunch of things and hope for the best! There should be a confirmation bottom of how many keys before keys are made! Also, there’s got to be paper prints for receipts!
