I usually have very good service with this company. Came in today and the gentleman was helping other clients but has not even acknowledged me. He has come in and out and looks the other way instead of telling me he will be with me in a few minutes. The lady in the back acknowledged me. This is why the low rating.

I was in a pinch and needed a new door lock cylinder with two physical keys made and two new FOBS programmed for a van and these guys came through for me. It couldn’t have been easier, I told the owner what I needed done, he said “drop it off and I’ll take care of it”. A few days later, he had done exactly what he said they would do and I haven’t had an issue since. Great job, gang! I appreciate you.
