Made 3 keys and all worked great. Only gave 4 stars as one of the keys I picked one with a design on instead of just brass, but it’s just a coating that is going to wear off instead of being a permanent part of the key like we have gotten elsewhere.

Bob was extremely rude! Apparently someone in the strip mall that I have my business in owed him money, and he said he needed $75 for a service charge for a past install. I said that was strange, but asked if I could give him my credit card number over the phone to take care of it. He said “No, I don’t do business with you people.” (Whatever that means) And hung up on me. I called him back to explain that I was willing to pay the extra fee and he hung up on me again. Not sure what “kind of people” he’s willing to do business with but I haven’t been treated that poorly in a very long time. Don’t call him! There are plenty of other professional and better priced locksmiths to chose from. 0 outta 5 starts for this guy.

Kiosk charged me more than I wanted. Be careful with it as it prompts upgrades on bottom strip not on main screen. When I called customer service they refused any refund. I’d go to a human / locksmith before I’d ever do this again. Quality not as good as stated either. Better with a human. Convenience isn’t worth it

Super nice, very thorough. I had two deadbolts that were giving me a hard time, and a door that wouldn’t latch. He fixed all three and made sure I was happy with the results. It was much cheaper than I expected too, which is always great!
