I bought a new smart lock for my front door and needed by other 3 deadbolts rekeyed to the new key for the smart lock. I brought the key and deadbolts in and they had it done very quickly for a fair price.

I would recommend this shop to anyone need rekeying done.

Awful!! Use anyone else. Made an appt for 8 am because lock to my house was broken. No one shows up for appt. Waited outside in the cold in January for 45 minutes while no one answered their phone. Finally someone answers and says he’ll follow up and call right back right away, which he doesn’t. Call again and then he tells me it will be an hour. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

Excellent service. Got a spare car key programmed and keyed in. They found the same tuckaway style fob, ordered it for me, and charged me no more than I could find it for online myself. Got the new key and got it programmed for 200 less than notoriously difficult dealership price in only 15 minutes of work. Very honest, good work. They were only available for in shop work at 8 and 8:15 on weekdays as they are out the rest of the day on jobs.

Kiosk works well and is fast. However, if you get right up to making your order and then cancel, the machine will suddenly offer a 30% discount to get you to continue. Shady markup if you don’t try to back out of your order first. So definitely don’t complete the transaction of the first try to save yourself some money.

I called them and they took my info and said a lock smith would be in contact with me. The lock smith called me within a few minutes. He confirmed my address and said he would be there in 20/25 minutes. It had been about 30 minutes called him and asked if he was still coming. He said yes and that he had to stop for gas. I said okay. Another half hour passes and he’s still not there. I text him letting him know to forget it and I’ll call someone else. He text back saying he’s 6 minutes away. I had to leave so I left. Another 10 minutes passed and he than called me saying he was there and that I needed to calm down. I told him to leave because I was no longer there.

Very unprofessional would not recommend.

Horrible! I paid 16$ for 3 keys and not a single one of them work…. 2 of the 3 were for my front door and 1 of them was for my garage door they were copies made from the original key. They go into the lock but wont turn the lock. So i wasted 16$ for literaly no reason. It may only be 16$ but its still 16$ and then i still had to go mke new ones. Went to minuye key made the same copies and those ones work just fine. Definitely wont be using this kiosk again and wont be recommending anyone i know to use it either!
