I have used JC Security multiple times over the last hand full off years and has always been able to help me out and get me what I needed.

Recently I called with a need for some keys for my wife’s Mercedes. Although he couldn’t personally take care of it. Brad went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find a place to take care of my issue!

I would give zero stars if I could. Called and said “I’m hoping to get an estimate” and he snapped at me and said yeah I know you’re calling for a house what do you want an estimate on? When the website clearly says call for an estimate. Crazy rude old man

Pete from Sage helped me out by fixing a door knob/lock on my entry door in my garage. It had been a problem for me for a while, I had foolishly had a family member “help” me out, with far fewer skills that Pete has. Pete was on time, friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do to take care of the situation, and did exactly as he promised. I am very pleased, and the cost was well worth it! I would happily refer anyone to Sage for locksmith types of work. It’s great to have a local, longstanding business like them around.

Didn’t take Amex but the machine said it did. Keys worked great. Extremely expensive for a car duplicate key. Not Terri le pricing for just a key duplication but doesn’t seem like I got one free, as described but two get one free.

I was locked out of my house in -1 degree weather. The owner had a couple other calls cancel and came right to me. With the feels like temp at -14, and my locks being difficult, he still got me into my house and I could not be more thankful. Very nice man, highly recommend! Thank you again! What a great experience. Called at 9 and arrange a meeting spot. Keys were cut and programmed in less than 30 minutes. Great communication, customer service and did a great job cutting new car keys and programmed. Thank you!!

The key I had copied didn’t work on my lock. At least I’m only out $5, but I don’t know if I’d recommend others to use something that didn’t work for me.
