I needed to get a key cut that I wasn’t able to get done at a hardware store. I called and Paul was able to get me taken care of immediately. He was super friendly and it was cheaper than using the minute key machine at most stores!

These guy’s are the Best or 1 of the Best Locksmiths in Kalamazoo. They cut keys that work the 1st. time.
Really nice people also.
They install and replace locks, repair locks on safes, file cabinets, etc.

I called this company to try to get a price to have a key fob made for my minivan and the lady that answered the phone will not even let me speak. She kept talking over me. She would not give me a price. This company is crazy they may have good people that work there making keys, but the lady answering the phone needs to find another job. I told her I was leaving a bad review because of her.

My initial stop was for extra keys to our home. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

My 2nd time in I was looking to update our exterior on door hardware, after explaining the re-keying option, Dan helped me pick out door handles and knobs for my home. Order was placed, service was immediately scheduled and Hal arrived on site happy, helpful, and he worked quickly. Each step of the way they have been extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Will definitely go back for future projects.

My dad had them come unlock his garage that was locked they came within half an hour and their prices were very fair. They were very friendly and obviously knowledgeable because it didn’t take long at all. My personal experience was just getting one key copied. It was twice as fast as one of the key copy machines at a store and they take credit or cash. I paid with credit and felt more safe paying with my card for they have a more advance reader for reading chip or tap. It didn’t cost much at all. The guy was super friendly I definitely recommend this place.

Key came out great, took a little longer than I expected but that’s on me, kiosk was not easy to find in the store, had to ask for help twice to find it. Also, I would recommend a list of instructions on the front of the kiosk. It was not clear exactly what I was supposed to do. I figured it out easy enough, but I don’t think most people, especially older people, would have the same ease I did. Put a big, bright, clear list of instructions on the front or on the screen. Other than that, my experience was great. Thank you.

Upon using the new key I did have to adjust and move the key to get it to work. Skeptical at first but it did work. I liked options for designs and the time was less than 5 minutes to have the key made.

Started off shaky with my 4pm appointment not having a tech there and had to be moved to 4:45pm but luckily I had things I could do during that 45 minutes.
At 4:45pm it worked out and the tech was nice and explained things.
Unfortunately though my mom’s car needs an administrator key in order to program a replacement key and we don’t have that so they weren’t able to help me.
Looks like I have to go to the dealership and pay those inflated prices.
I’d go back to them for anything else though.

I needed to get a key made because my son lost his key. I was satisfied with the key cutting it cut the key perfectly. I was not happy with the price. I paid $6.99 plus two extra fees that made it $8.45 for one key. I will not be using this service anymore. I will go to True Value hardware where a simple house key isn’t $8.45.

Convenient and quick. I don’t think it would let me start printing my key after I paid unless I entered my phone number. If my phone number wasn’t required, that was not clear. And I immediately received a message. Phone number should be optional and if it already is optional, it should clearly state that it’s not required to receive paid for key. Thanks for the key. Also $8.99 base price for one key is criminal. Get good scrubs.
