Using the machine was easy and the original key was worn out but I had two made for letting in contractors and both worked great and the price seemed in line when I have gotten keys made by a person

I came in to have a key duplicated. The woman working did not feel feel confident that she had provided a adequate duplicate, it was a very old key To be used out of the country. She didn’t charge me. The keys she made worked perfectly. I really appreciated her time and effort and I was very surprised she didn’t want to charge me. This is a very upstanding business and I definitely recommended them.

Really impressed with this team here! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Needed a new car fob+ key cut and it was done in under 5 mins. Not to mention they have quite the inventory on hand, so you don’t have to wait days/weeks. Well worth the 30+ min travel considering their pricing is amazing. Definitely will return for any future key/lock issues. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic shop, workers were super nice. Trevor called me back the next day with an update on my fuel tank cap (the model tank it is made re keying the cap impossible) but they made a new key for it for just $20 out the door, super quick.
Absolutely will come back.

I bought two keys and received a third key “free”. Got back to the house and none of the keys worked. I clicked on the link sent in the text receipt for a refund and they refunded me $7.76. The total charge to my account was $11.63. Not sure why they kept $3.87. Still prefer to work with a human being.

I was concerned with how the keys would work. I used the optional smooth version. But they worked great. I felt that the cost was maybe a little high, but the quality of the keys was good.

Jason was very personable, communicated well with me over a couple day span to figure my onsite out. When I got to Detroit airport parking lot he was pulling right in himself like he said he would be. He told me it should be a 15-20 min job and sure as ever. 17 minutes in he had a new fob programmed for my car. Very friendly and soft with my vehicle, we chatted about his line of work for a few min and it sounds like he loves what he does.
