So long story short I just dealt with a company (Top Tech Locksmith) that was going to overcharge me a tremendous amount, telling me I probably will have to get new locks if they can’t get it open the normal way and have to drill hole to get it opened. Even though it was just the doorknob part. I obviously did not go through with that company instead I called Mark at Mark’s lock and safe and he couldn’t come out at that time but still helped me and got me into my house, he was fantastic and respectful while in that time suggesting Pinnacle lock and key which I didn’t have to use but I did in fact call them to get some information and their word and it was exactly what Mark had said so I know they are true to their word and both are honest locksmith companies! Mind you I did end up calling Pinnacle and Mark back to ask them a few more questions and to get all the facts right after I dealt with the one guy from Top Tech and after talking to others I definitely felt he was trying to swindle me even if that wasn’t his intention. Mark was still right on with all my questions without any questions asked, was patient with me and continued to be respectful and nice. Both great companies and great people! I will say the guy I did deal with at the Top Tech Company was nice and respectful. I just don’t think what he/the company charged was at all fair and overly charged. Thank you Mark for saving me over four hundred bucks (not his charge Top Techs charge at the time) and just in general, thanks SO VERY MUCH! Glad we spoke first!

The key from the kiosk came out rough, sharp even, to the touch, with metal shaving still stuck to it. When I got home, the key didn’t even work. So, complete failure.

Showed up on a Sunday morning right away. I was not expecting such immediate service. Fixed my front door’s broken thumb knob (turning thingy) that was broken. Then tightened up the rest of the handle and handset. Way faster service than I expected. Super polite. Very reasonable price.
