Tyler was the best – he rekeyed our new house and helped us with issues with some doors that we didn’t seem to have a key for. Was super transparent about the process, super knowledgeable, and just all around a great person!

I bought a car and had a bad experience. Shopped for window tint and wasn’t pleased with that. Needed a key fob for the new car. Wasn’t excited about searching for a lock smith. I called a few places and wasn’t happy. Then I called A Complete lock & key. They answered quickly, gave me a quote. They were a little farther away than I wanted to go. So I went anyway. I walked in told them what I was there for. The guy said something like you called earlier. I don’t know how he knew that. I gave him my key, he grabbed a computer thingie and went right out to my car. There was an issues with that computer and he had to wait a few minutes for someone to bring him the correct computer. He got right back on it. 5 minutes later he came in and said you’re done. I paid the exact price I was quoted. 15 minutes in and out. This made my day. If I were you I wouldn’t go any place but A Complete Lock and Key.

We heard about this online, and had to come check it out and I’m so glad we did. Great atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Small venue, but that’s part of the charm. Love the decor, lots to look at, and it gives the place a fantastic vibe. Drink selection is a little bit limited, but good options including non-alcoholic.
We even got to meet the owner, go check it out for yourself!

Amazing service!! I called a different locksmith company yesterday and immediately felt uncomfortable when the worker came out and ended up declining service. So, I called PopaLock because of a recommendation from my parents and the locksmith was friendly, helpful, efficient, and extremely trustworthy. He repaired the issue quickly and with an easy fix (much easier than the guy from another company suggested). Fantastic service. Highly recommend,
