This man!!!!! This man saved me tonight! Truly! Rob replied to a request (from a referral friend) and in a panic I reached out, this man came immediately to ensure the locks at my business were changed. Literally within an hour from meeting him, he was at my work fixing the locks – he is so professional, was soooo nice and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure! I realize to many it’s just “he is doing his job” no…. Customer service and quality service is far and few between these days! HIGHLY recommend Rob and will be using for all future needs! surprisingly the key worked. it was. a bit rough so i used my knife sharpener to smooth it down. i gave it 4 stars only because i thought it was a bit pricey But it was very convenient and I would do it again

I went to Big D’s Lock City to have my car key rekeyed and the fob replaced because some of the buttons weren’t working. The man who helped me was noticeably rude from the start very short-tempered and dismissive. I tried to stay polite and patient, but his attitude didn’t improve.

When he returned my key, the trunk button didn’t work anymore. I mentioned it to him, but he refused to fix it and simply said it “couldn’t be fixed,” without explaining why or offering a solution. I still paid for the service, but left with a key that doesn’t fully work and a pretty negative impression overall.

I don’t know if the rudeness was just his personality or something else, but either way, customers deserve respect and basic professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Quick and easy. The only reason I gave 4 stats instead of 5 because they wanted to charge extra to make the key smooth. The quality excellent and love the different designs to choose from plus i got one free when I purchased 2 keys. Definitely will recommend.

i can’t believe there is any good reviews for this company. their customer service barely speaks english. they tell you service workers are coming then never reach out to cancel. when you reach back out they are nasty and tell you to “get lost and figure it out yourself”. their words not mine

The keys are great but the machine said there was 2 extra free keys but instead it added the second key to my bill without showing me that I was being charged. I winded up with 4 keys (excessive), when I thought (as the machine said), Buy 2 get one free. I was overcharged and was deceived about the second non free charge.

It cost $9.99 to make ONE standard door key. They offered a $2.99 charge to add a smoothing feature to your purchase. I refused thinking it was TRULY and unnecessary feature. When my key was completed and released i was UTTERLY DISGUSTED with what i saw. I had a rough cut key with pieces of metal on the key from where it was cut. It also scratched my finger when i grabbed my key.
I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone.
FYI
I only gave it one Star because the key was cut correctly.
Every other key cutting kiosk I’ve used buffed the key AND it was cheaper.
