The key from the kiosk came out rough, sharp even, to the touch, with metal shaving still stuck to it. When I got home, the key didn’t even work. So, complete failure.

I manage a fleet and regularly need keys cut and programmed, so I’ve been here several times now -probably around five visits. Every experience has been quick, easy, and professional. Zach is Great! Professional, Clean, Fast. took care of all our needs . I kept calling him back for more projects. He installed coded locks , Security buzz in locks for our lobby. He installed security steel doors and frames. also installed a window in some doors i needed a window in. Great quality! very happy.

We couldn’t find anyone willing to even touch copying a BMW key — of course the used car dealer only gave us one, so we were paranoid. We got in touch with this locksmith and he got us in ASAP. The key works perfectly and was literally half the price of the dealer. We’re super happy and highly recommend!

The kiosk was very easy to use, and very fast. They had a promo for buy 2 get 1 free, and I was able to copy different house keys. They seemed to work better than the originals!

I honestly can’t say when the last time I had to visit a locksmith. Sure, I’ve been dumb enough to loose my car keys and called a locksmith to come out to me. With that being said I did have what I believed was a odd request. I needed a new deadbolt but it had to fit an old key. Stop me if you’ve been in this situation before. Soooo, I stopped in at Scott’s and they acted like this was something that happens on a weekly basis. (Maybe it is, what do I know). In any case, he got to work immediately while I waited. The whole process probably took under 10 minutes. I was impressed. I’m not sure how often I’ll need the services of a locksmith but it’s nice to know where to find a good one if needed. Oh btw, it’s Scott’s lock & key in case I wasn’t completely clear. Also I have several locksmith jokes. Pick one.
