Kids lost keys for the faimly vehicle, in the ammount of time it took me to explain what vehicle and drive to them. They had three keys ready. Unbelievable service, price was unbelievably cheap, and time was Unbelievably professional. 5 stars is an understatement.

Jason was very personable, communicated well with me over a couple day span to figure my onsite out. When I got to Detroit airport parking lot he was pulling right in himself like he said he would be. He told me it should be a 15-20 min job and sure as ever. 17 minutes in he had a new fob programmed for my car. Very friendly and soft with my vehicle, we chatted about his line of work for a few min and it sounds like he loves what he does. Dan at Auto Lock Specialists did a fantastic job making a spare key fob for my truck. The whole process was quick, professional, and straightforward. He clearly knows his trade, had everything programmed and synced properly, and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. Pricing was fair and the service was excellent. Have used West Michigan Lock & Door for years!! Way back when they were called King Key. They have taken care of all of the doors and locks of our church and done it in a very professional manner and a fair price. Would recommend to everyone.

We hired Hoogerhyde to move our safes & even made a new combination for one of the safes for our retail store and they are absolute pros. They were excellent and communicative and were extremely careful and professional. I’m really blown away by their methods and equipment, We had a moving company present at the same time and they were all impressed as well. Highly recommend.

Gary and team do phenomenal work. I have worked with them for over 25 years and they never disappoint. Quality work, incredibly knowledgeable, experienced on even the most complex issues with electric strikes and maglocks, always have good advice on how to make an unusual install work seamlessly and easy to work with.
