I had a great experience working with Dave from A1 Locksmith. He was able to come out quickly and help us gain access to a vehicle, and he took the time to diagnose what was actually going on. It turned out the issue was not related to the key at all. The car simply needed to be jump started, and the lock mechanism itself had malfunctioned, which explained why the mechanical key was not working.

I am especially grateful that Dave made it a priority to stop out early in the morning to help get my daughter back on the road. He was thoughtful, professional, and calm throughout the entire situation. His knowledge and honesty saved us from what would have been a very costly tow to the dealership. I truly appreciate his service and would highly recommend him.

Jason was very personable, communicated well with me over a couple day span to figure my onsite out. When I got to Detroit airport parking lot he was pulling right in himself like he said he would be. He told me it should be a 15-20 min job and sure as ever. 17 minutes in he had a new fob programmed for my car. Very friendly and soft with my vehicle, we chatted about his line of work for a few min and it sounds like he loves what he does. I was skeptical at first but my keys came out perfect. The wait wasn’t too bad, it wasn’t real long. I had three keys made and they all fit perfectly.
