I had a fantastic experience getting my new smart lock rekeyed. I had bought a lock from Lowe’s, but when they tried to rekey it to match the house’s lock, they blew out the cylinder and couldn’t fix it. I arrived 12 minutes before close and he got it done with a minute to spare.
