Have used West Michigan Lock & Door for years!! Way back when they were called King Key. They have taken care of all of the doors and locks of our church and done it in a very professional manner and a fair price. Would recommend to everyone.

Called Bergman Lock & Security to get my door open because I had locked myself outside. He responded to my home address within minutes. Fast, dependable and didn’t try to over charge me. I would highly recommend Jared from Bergman. Great customer service 🙂

Normal key making pace, 3rd key was free with two key purchases which is also normal, Only downside was that they did not have a built in cleaning system to remove the flakes. Other units I’ve used had a cleaning system and that was nice. Removing the flakes with my fingers caused a slight pain after the second key.

Let’s just say if you get locked out of your car, you should call Auto Lock Specialist. I lost my keys and spent half a day trying to contact dealer to have a new key cut. The third dealer had key blank. Fourth dealer cut my key. Got back to car and key didn’t work. That’s when I called Auto Lock Specialist. Dan was the name of my technician. He was very understanding of my dilemma and we spoke and treated my emergency as his own. He had a key that was cut correctly and started my car!! He even had to reprogram the key to my car. I’d give 10 out of 5 stars to both the company and Dan! Thanks you guys!

Sadly, the copies I made did not work. It appeared the blank stock was too thick to make an effective mailbox key. Still love the concept.
