Second time that we have brought this locksmith to our house. They installed multiple dead bolts and door handles as well as fixed a door that was not working. John was on time, friendly, and very informative. I will only use this locksmith because they’re always so reliable and they carry good products.

One of the keys did not work and by the price it doesn’t seem like the 3rd one was free. Took forever for the keys to come out

I wouldn’t use the key cutting service in the kiosks. The cut was very rough, no buffing, where there were metal shards still on the cut section. I can barely get the key in or out of my lock. And it cost $10 a key for a garbage cut. Just go to Lowe’s or somewhere else that does it by hand. It’s cheaper and better. Unless you want to try to get some metal splinters and a personal injury lawsuit, then this service might be for you!

I needed a battery replaced in my car key fob. In and out in five minutes and a very reasonable cost. The two ladies behind the counter were so friendly and left a smile on my face that lasted the rest of the day.

This man!!!!! This man saved me tonight! Truly! Rob replied to a request (from a referral friend) and in a panic I reached out, this man came immediately to ensure the locks at my business were changed. Literally within an hour from meeting him, he was at my work fixing the locks – he is so professional, was soooo nice and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure! Denise was wonderful. My wife’s purse was stolen at work. No key fob. She programed a new one and made sure to disable the original so they can’t steal our car. Every place we called wanted a minimum of 150.00. She did it for half the price. And that was with our blank key fob. Honest people with an honest price.

Great place! Tom was great to work with. He programmed my key fob for my 2013 Chevy pickup, and cut a new key, all for $32.00. It would cost over $60 at a dealership.
