Key came out well, like the design. Only concern is the key feels a little flimsy. Worried it might break too easily if it gets jammed. So far no issues.

It was extremely fast, convenient, and well done. I had 4 house keys made, plain brass, and they worked with no issues. They have many styles available at the kiosk, or you can have them mailed to you, I guess. Didn’t explore other options. There are a lot of other useful features some people may need. I will use this again, and recommend to others. Would be extremely useful late at night when few places are open that would be able to make a key, especially if you choose to make an account and save your keys. You would just be able to reprint without having your keys with you.

I called the company at about 8 pm on a holiday weekend saturday night after a storm took out our power and we were unable to enter our home. I was told the price it would cost and that they were coming from Trenton. To our utter amazement, Kevin arrived 10-15 minutes later and promptly opened our door. I highly recommend them for competent service and fair pricing.

I was so happy to find this key duplication machine in Meijer! It totally saved me from having to make another stop and it was super easy. I was able to quickly copy a key all by myself with no need to find a store employee or anything. I got a fun design too! And I found out it also copies car keys, so I’ll be back for that.
