incredibly service. i closed on a home, and with all of the tasks rekeying the locks was high priority but still fell on the back burner. they came out next day, worked with my schedule on when they came out, AND came in under their initial quote with more service than i had initially requested. look no further than these guys. thank you!!

I had a fantastic experience with Add A Key. They refurbished my old Mazda key and restored it to like new condition. My granddaughter‘s purse was stolen with her car and unfortunately spare car key in it. She was marooned in a parking lot so when I got there, we called Chris. Though he was on another call at the time he gave us a precise time that he would meet us in the parking lot
We grabbed a quick dinner, turned around and went back to the parking lot where Chris showed up exactly on time, opened the car made, two new keys at what I feel was an extremely reasonable price. Such a valuable service! Chris was extremely courteous and professional. I highly highly recommend him

I hadn’t used this particular kind of kiosk before. It wasn’t as straightforward as it could have been. I’ve used more advanced systems in the past. However, the keys work great.

Needed to make a copy of my house key. The machine worked great. Took no time at all. Was able to use my phone to pay for it with Google pay which is so convenient. It was fast and easy to use and machine the new key. And it worked on my door just fine without any problems. Thank you

Paid $10 for 1 copy of a key to a general basic door lock. Definitely paid for the convenience. At least the key worked but won’t do again. Local place would only charge $2 or $3 for the same.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the keys I made worked… but I’m not a fan of the way these machines worked.

I only needed to make two padlock keys, and figured I may as well make a house key too. I saw on the machine that if you make two keys you can get one free, but I didn’t see it say anywhere that it meant the free key had to be the same as two identical keys you paid for. I didn’t find that out until I actually made my first house key at $5, which is FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. I ended up getting a plain key at the offered $1.50 which wasn’t what I needed but made the overall cost not quite as bad.

But I still needed padlock keys, so I ended up forking out $8 for three keys when I only really needed two. Another irritation here is that the part of the padlock key you hold with your thumb and finger (called the “bow”) is far larger than for the original.

So overall, while the keys I made worked… I still felt like this was not a great value for what I paid, and I’m probably not using these machines again.

I use the key me maker and it’s really easy to to use also it makes the key pretty fast the only thing about that I was wondering why do it cost $5.00 dollars for a key to get made other then that it was great to be able to get a key made that fast and not wait in a line .

My car battery decided to die at the mall on 11/24/25.. Got a jump and pulled in right after they had closed. The manager who said had to be there because everyone called in saw me pull up and asked if I needed help. I said yes thank!! My battery is junk now and I have my family with me.. He brought me right in even min after the closing time.. looked up my battery and not only did they have the exact Duracell car battery I have been looking for it was cheaper than way lesser than car batteries at almost all auto shops. And it was top of the line with 800 cca!!!! He asked if I needed help I said yeah because I had no tools.. he brought out the battery and switched them within minutes… eager at that! The whole process went so fast and smooth it was unreal. Best customer service I have received in forever. Because of that situation and pricing and that Manager who I think was the district manager I am now a loyal customer. Plus they got every type of battery you can think of and top of the line stuff for amazing prices. Trust me quality matters. I highly recommend .. batteries plus saved my ass

I highly recommend Hansen Towing and Recovery. Their customer service is outstanding. The agent was friendly who received my call (Dave) was professional, polite and gave me a timeline when the technician would arrive.
The technician (Chris) showed up as promised and within a few minutes my SUV was pulled out from a snow ditch. Chris was friendly, considerate and made sure I was satisfied with their services.
